After my third load through the washing machine, the royal blue still looks as deep and vibrant as the day I dyed it, no fading at all. The hot water method was straightforward, and the even coverage on my cotton shirt blew me away compared to other dyes I've tried.
The hot water method worked exactly as described, and the royal blue came out even across my cotton shirt with no patchy spots. I just wish the bottle had a bit more dye for larger loads, though one pack handled a medium-sized piece fine.
The shade came out a rich, true royal blue after one hot water bath, and it held up well in the wash. I wish the instructions were a bit clearer about how much salt to add for cottons, but the color is even and vibrant.
