I've done three shirts and part of a pillowcase with this refill, and the color stays vivid even after a cold wash. The squeeze bottle makes it mess-free, which is huge when you're working with kids. Only wish the bottle were a bit bigger, but the shade is exactly the turquoise I wanted.
