The 4-ounce bottles are the perfect size—enough to dye several shirts without feeling wasteful. I mixed the turquoise and yellow for a sunset pattern and the colors stayed crisp through the wash, no bleeding into each other.
The fuchsia stayed bright and saturated even after rinsing, which is exactly what I wanted for a bold pattern. The 4-ounce bottles gave me plenty of dye to work with on two shirts, and the yellow mixed beautifully with the turquoise for a whole range of greens.
The black dye came out so deep and rich it honestly looks like a professional job, and the turquoise was equally vibrant. I had to mix a few colors to get my own shade, but the instructions made it easy to keep the powder from clumping.
