The colors are genuinely vibrant even before the glow kicks in, and the 10 pack gives you plenty of shades to work with. I used the blue and green on a cardboard sign and was surprised how well it stuck without cracking.

The puff paint dries with a nice raised texture, and the glow effect lasted a solid few hours after charging under a lamp. My daughter’s art projects look way cooler in the dark than I expected.
